Terms and Conditions
This version applies to you from the day you accept it at registration. If you created your account under an earlier version, it applies to you from November 2, 2026, and the earlier version applies until then. Read the earlier version (Terms of Use 1.1, April 14, 2026).
The short version
- WiHire is for job seekers aged 18 or over who live in the United States.
- The job listings you see come from other sources. We do not write them or check them. Some will be closed, out of date or wrong.
- You apply on the employer's or job board's own site. WiHire never submits an application. That site's terms and privacy policy apply there, not ours.
- A match estimate is our AI's estimate of how your resume aligns with a job description. It is not your chance of being hired.
- AI can be wrong. Review every draft before you use it. You are responsible for what you send to an employer.
- A practice interview is a voice session. It is recorded and turned into a transcript, and AI scores the transcript.
- We do not share your profile with employers of listed jobs. We show no ads and do not sell personal data.
- We record what you do on WiHire against your account, to run and improve the service.
- Paid features draw on a prepaid balance. Unused deposits can be refunded within 180 days, less card processing fees.
- Michigan law applies. Our liability to you is limited. Disputes go to court in Michigan or to small claims court.
This summary does not replace the terms below. If the two differ, the terms below apply.
1. Who we are and what WiHire is
1.1 Who we are
WiHire is the website at wihire.ai and the services offered through it. It is operated by PIXONIQ LLC ("WiHire", "we", "us"). "You" means the person who holds the account.
1.2 What WiHire does
WiHire helps you with your own job search. It:
- shows job listings collected from other sources;
- estimates how your resume aligns with a job description (a "match estimate") and explains the estimate;
- drafts a tailored resume, a cover letter or a thank you note when you ask for one;
- runs practice interviews with an AI interviewer; and
- lets you upload a job description you found yourself and get the same estimate and drafts ("Personal Network").
1.3 What WiHire is not
WiHire is not an employer. Neither PIXONIQ LLC nor Zeyla is a licensed recruiter, employment agency, staffing firm, career counselor, attorney or regulated professional of any kind. We do not submit job applications. We take no part in any hiring decision.
1.4 Zeyla
Zeyla is the name of WiHire's AI career guide for job seekers. Zeyla compares your resume with job descriptions, produces the match estimates and their explanations, drafts your documents, and runs the practice interviews. Zeyla runs the tasks you choose. It does not screen, rank, or select candidates for employers, and it does not make hiring decisions. Zeyla is software, not a person. Nothing Zeyla produces changes these terms or makes a promise on our behalf.
1.5 These terms are for job seekers
These terms cover job seekers only. Separate terms will apply to employer and recruiter services if we offer them.
2. Accepting these terms and how we change them
2.1 How you accept
You accept these terms when you agree to them during registration. We record the version you accepted and the date and time. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2.2 Other documents
The price shown before you confirm a paid action is part of these terms. Section 13 sets the refund rules. If the Billing page or a short description shown at registration differs from these terms, these terms apply. Our Privacy Policy and Consent Policy explain how we handle your information and the choices you have.
2.3 How we change these terms
We may change these terms when we add or change features, when the law changes, to improve security, or to make the terms clearer.
- Small changes. For changes that do not reduce your rights (for example fixing a typo or updating a contact address), we post the new version with a new date.
- Material changes. For any change that reduces your rights or adds to your duties, we email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. We may also ask you to accept the new version when you sign in. A material change applies to you from its effective date if you keep using WiHire after that date, or from the time you accept it if we ask you to accept it. If the law requires a change sooner, or a change is needed urgently to protect security, it may take effect sooner and we will tell you.
- If you do not agree. You can close your account before the change takes effect and get your unused paid balance back under section 13.9.
- No backdating. A change does not apply to a paid action you already completed, or to a dispute that we or you raised in writing before the change took effect.
- Past versions. We keep each dated version of these terms. You can ask for any past version at [email protected].
3. Who can use WiHire
You may use WiHire only if all of these are true:
- you are 18 or older;
- you live in the United States and are looking for work in the United States;
- you can enter into a binding contract;
- you use WiHire for your own job search, not for another person or a business; and
- we have not closed an earlier account of yours for breaking these terms.
WiHire is not offered outside the United States. You may hold one account.
4. Your account and security
4.1 Accurate details
Give us accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
4.2 Two-factor sign-in
Two-factor sign-in is required for every account. You set it up when you register. You sign in with your password and a code from an authenticator app.
4.3 Keeping your account safe
Keep your password and authenticator codes to yourself. Do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what happens through your account until you tell us it has been misused.
4.4 Tell us about problems
If you think someone else has used your account, email [email protected] straight away. We may ask you to confirm who you are.
5. Job listings come from other sources
5.1 Where listings come from
The job listings on WiHire come from other sources. These include job boards, job aggregators, employer career pages and government job sites.
5.2 We do not write, verify or control listings
We do not write the listings. We do not check them. We do not control the employers or sites that publish them. A listing may be:
- closed or already filled;
- out of date, shortened or missing details;
- shown more than once;
- wrong about pay, location, duties or requirements; or
- in rare cases, not a real job.
Pay shown on a listing comes from the source and may be an estimate. Always read the listing on the employer's or job board's own site before you act on it.
5.3 Source names and logos
We show where a listing came from, for example Adzuna or USAJOBS. A source name or logo does not mean that the source, the employer or any government agency runs WiHire, endorses it, or has seen your match estimate. WiHire is not operated or endorsed by the United States Office of Personnel Management.
5.4 Showing and removing listings
We may add, hide, reorder or remove listings at any time. We do not promise that a listing you saw will still be there later. No listing source or employer pays us to show or rank a listing. If that changes, we will say so here.
5.5 Check before you rely
Check an employer and a job yourself before you share personal details, accept an offer or leave a current job. Be careful with any listing that asks you to pay a fee, buy equipment, cash a check, or give bank or identity details early.
5.6 Report a listing
If a listing looks closed, wrong or fake, use the report control on the listing or email [email protected] with the job title and company. We will look at it and may remove it from WiHire. We cannot remove it from the source's own site.
6. Applying happens on other sites
6.1 You leave WiHire to apply
To apply for a listed job, you follow a link from WiHire to the employer's or job board's own site. You complete and send your application there. For some listings the link first opens the site of the source that supplied the listing. For example, "Apply via Adzuna" opens Adzuna's site.
6.2 WiHire does not submit applications
WiHire never submits an application for you. Preparing a document on WiHire does not send it to anyone. We cannot see what you do on the other site, and we cannot confirm that an employer received anything.
6.3 The other site's terms and privacy policy apply
Once you leave WiHire, you are on a site we do not control. That site's own terms and privacy policy apply to what you do there and to the information you give it. These terms and our Privacy Policy do not apply there. You give your information directly to that site, and your rights are set by its policies. Read them before you apply.
6.4 We are not the employer and take no part in hiring
For every listed job:
- WiHire is not the employer and does not act for the employer;
- WiHire is not your agent;
- WiHire takes no part in any hiring decision; and
- any interview, offer or employment is between you and the employer alone.
Questions about a job or an application go to the employer or the job board.
6.5 Marking a job as applied
You can mark a job as applied for your own records. The mark is made by you. WiHire cannot confirm submissions.
6.6 No promise of results
We do not promise that any employer will read your application, reply, interview you or offer you a job.
7. Match estimates and AI output
7.1 What a match estimate is
For a job description, WiHire can show a match estimate: a number out of 100, the reasons for it, and scores on six dimensions shown on screen. AI produces it by comparing the text of your resume, and details from your profile such as your career level and years of experience, with the text of the job description. It matches documents, not people.
This is WiHire's estimate of alignment. It is not your chance of being hired, an employer rating, or a check of eligibility.
7.2 What a match estimate is not
A match estimate is:
- not a prediction that you will get an interview or a job;
- not advice of any kind, including career, legal, financial or immigration advice;
- not something an employer of a listed job asked for, supplied or sees; and
- not a check that you meet a job's legal or licensing requirements.
7.3 AI can be wrong
AI can misread a resume or a listing, miss something important, or give a different result on a second run. A listing may also be incomplete or wrong. Use an estimate as one input to your own judgment.
7.4 Tailored resumes, cover letters and thank you notes
When you ask, WiHire uses AI to draft a resume or cover letter for a specific job, or a thank you note after an interview. These are drafts for you.
- Review every draft before you use it. Preparing a document never submits an application or sends a message.
- The AI is instructed to reframe only what is in your original resume and not to invent qualifications. An instruction is not a guarantee. A draft can still contain a mistake or a claim that is not true.
- Check every line. Remove or correct anything that is not accurate.
7.5 Your contact details on a tailored resume
A tailored resume for a job-board listing carries your own contact details, as they appear in your resume. That is because you download it and send it yourself. WiHire does not send it to anyone.
7.6 You are responsible for what you send
When you send a document to an employer, it is your document. You confirm that everything in it is true and that it describes your real experience and qualifications.
7.7 Job descriptions you upload (Personal Network)
You can upload a job description you found yourself and get a match estimate and drafts for it. We do not check that the job is real or open. Upload only text you are allowed to share.
7.8 Explanations and guidance
The explanations and guidance WiHire shows with an estimate are general information. They are not professional advice. The employer makes every hiring decision.
7.9 If you think an estimate is wrong
Tell us at [email protected]. We will look at it. A match estimate is information for you, not a decision about you, so there is nothing to appeal.
7.10 AI providers
We use outside providers to produce estimates, drafts and interview feedback. Our AI model provider is Anthropic. Our voice provider for practice interviews is ElevenLabs. The text of your resume and of the job description is sent to the model provider for that purpose. The Privacy Policy says what each provider receives.
8. Practice interviews
8.1 What a practice interview is
A practice interview is a voice session with an AI interviewer about a job you have marked as applied. It is for practice. No employer hears it, sees the transcript or sees the report.
8.2 Voice, transcript and scoring
A practice interview is recorded. During a session your voice goes to our voice provider, ElevenLabs, which runs the conversation, records it and turns it into a written transcript. AI then scores the transcript and writes a report. WiHire stores the transcript and the report. WiHire does not store the audio. ElevenLabs keeps the recording and the transcript on its systems for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
Before each session we show you a short consent notice with the price. The session starts only when you choose to start it. Your browser will ask for permission to use your microphone.
8.3 A practice score is not a prediction
The score and feedback are AI output. They can be wrong. They do not predict how you will do in a real interview.
8.4 Keep other people's information out
Speak only for yourself. Do not let anyone else speak during a session. Do not share another person's private information, or confidential information that belongs to an employer or client.
8.5 If you cannot use a voice session
A practice interview needs a microphone. If a disability makes a voice session hard to use, contact us at [email protected].
9. What we do not do
9.1 No profile sharing with employers of listed jobs
WiHire does not currently share your profile with employers of listed jobs. Viewing a listing, saving it, marking it as applied, running a match estimate or preparing a document sends nothing to the employer.
9.2 No ads and no sale of personal data
WiHire carries no advertising. We do not sell your personal data.
9.3 Any future sharing needs your consent
If we later offer jobs that employers post directly on WiHire, we will share your details with an employer only if you agree, for that specific job, each time. We will update these terms and tell you before that begins.
9.4 Service providers
We use service providers to run WiHire (see section 14). They handle your information for us. That is not a sale.
10. Activity on WiHire is recorded
10.1 What we record
When you are signed in, we record what you do on WiHire in our own database, linked to your account. For each event we record its name, the page, the time, and your browser's user agent. For most events we also record the ID of the job match involved. Examples:
- you open the details of a match;
- you mark a job as applied, hide it or report it;
- you change a filter, including a location you type into the filter;
- you create or download a tailored resume or a cover letter; and
- how many results a search of your own matches found.
10.2 What we do not record or do
- We do not record the words you type when you search your own matches.
- We do not use advertising trackers.
- We do not track you across other websites.
- We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
10.3 Why we record it
We use it to run, secure, fix and improve WiHire and to understand which features are used.
10.4 It is linked to you
This activity is tied to your account. We do not call it anonymous. We may also produce totals and statistics that do not identify anyone.
10.5 It is part of the service
Recording this activity is part of how WiHire works. It is not an optional setting.
10.6 More detail
The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, which providers receive information, how long we keep it and how to ask for deletion.
11. Your content and our license
11.1 Your content
"Your content" means what you give WiHire: resumes, profile details, job descriptions you upload, what you type into WiHire, and your practice interview answers.
11.2 You own your content
You keep all rights in your content. We claim no ownership of it.
11.3 The license you give us
You give PIXONIQ LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, convert to other file formats, analyze and otherwise process your content, and to pass it to our service providers. We may do these things only to provide WiHire to you.
This license ends when you delete the content or close your account. After that we keep only backup copies for a limited time and records the law requires us to keep, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not use your content for advertising, sell it, or give it to employers of listed jobs.
11.4 AI output made for you
Drafts that WiHire produces for you (tailored resumes, cover letters and thank you notes) are yours to use. We assign to you any rights we hold in them. The law may not give anyone copyright in AI output, and the AI may produce similar text for other users. You give us the same limited license over these drafts as over your content in 11.3, so that we can keep them in your account for you until you delete them or close your account.
11.5 Estimates and reports
Match estimates, reasons, dimension scores and interview reports are for your personal use in your own job search.
11.6 Your promises about your content
You promise that:
- your resume and profile are true and describe you;
- you have the right to upload what you upload; and
- it does not include another person's private information beyond what a resume or reference normally contains.
Please leave out sensitive details that a job search does not need, such as a Social Security number, bank details or health information.
11.7 Feedback
If you send us ideas about WiHire, we may use them without owing you anything.
11.8 Model training
WiHire does not train AI models on your content. The Privacy Policy says what our providers may do with what we send them.
12. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- give false information about yourself or use WiHire to produce documents containing claims you know are untrue;
- use WiHire for anyone's job search but your own, or for a commercial purpose;
- copy, scrape or collect listings or other content by automated means, or resell them;
- use bots or scripts to access WiHire, or place an unreasonable load on it;
- get around security features, two-factor sign-in or usage limits;
- share your account or sign-in details;
- reverse engineer WiHire or try to extract how the match estimate works;
- upload malware or content that is unlawful, harassing or that infringes someone's rights;
- misuse refunds, promotional credits or card disputes, including by closing an account and opening a new one to get a free run, a bonus or a refund you would not otherwise get; or
- use WiHire to break any law.
Nothing in these terms stops you from posting an honest review of WiHire.
13. Prices, prepaid balance and refunds
13.1 What is free
Creating an account, viewing listings and applying on external sites are free. A new account also gets one free first match run, which starts by itself once your resume has been read and your profile is complete enough. The free run covers fewer listings than a paid run.
13.2 Paid actions
These actions are paid:
- a match run (one search per run);
- a tailored resume;
- a new version of a tailored resume;
- a cover letter;
- a thank you note (the price depends on the number of recipients); and
- a practice interview (charged when the session starts).
The same prices apply to a tailored resume or cover letter for a job description you upload. The price of each paid action is shown before you confirm it. The price shown when you confirm is the price you pay. All prices are in US dollars.
13.3 Your prepaid balance
You pay for paid actions from a prepaid balance. You add money to it by card. Payments are processed by Stripe. The smallest and largest amounts you can add at one time are shown when you add money.
In this section, a "deposit" is an amount you add by card. Your "paid balance" is the part of your deposits that you have not used or had refunded. A "promotional credit" is balance, or a number of free uses of a paid action, that we add without charge. Your "balance" is your paid balance plus any promotional credits.
- Your balance can be used only on WiHire.
- It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
- You cannot transfer it to another person.
- Your paid balance does not expire. We charge no fee for holding it.
- We never charge your card unless you start a deposit. There are no subscriptions and no automatic top-ups.
13.4 How paid actions are charged
When you confirm a paid action, we deduct its price from your balance. If your balance is too low, the action does not start. Promotional credit is used before your paid balance.
13.5 Promotional credits
Promotional credits, for example a bonus on a first deposit or a number of free match runs:
- have no cash value and cannot be refunded;
- are removed if you refund the deposit they came with; and
- may have an end date, which we show when we grant them.
13.6 Refunds of unused deposits
You can ask for a refund of an unused deposit on the Billing page.
- A deposit, or the unused part of it, is refundable for 180 days from the date of the deposit.
- We deduct payment-processing fees from the refund. These are currently 2.9% plus $0.30 per refund.
- The refund goes to your original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days.
- Any part of a deposit you have already used cannot be refunded.
- Promotional credits that came with the deposit are forfeited.
- If the fees are as much as, or more than, the amount to be refunded, no refund is paid this way.
After 180 days your paid balance stays in your account and you can still use it. After that time you can get it back only by closing your account under 13.9.
13.7 Accounts created before November 2, 2026
When you registered, you may have accepted a refund description that said "Full refund within 30 days". We honor it. If you created your account before November 2, 2026, you can ask for a full refund of an unused deposit, with no fee deducted, within 30 days of that deposit. Email [email protected].
13.8 If a paid action fails, or the listing had already closed
If a paid action fails to produce a result because of an error on our side, we return its price to your balance. We do this automatically.
If you paid for a tailored resume, a new version or a cover letter for a listing that had already closed when the document was prepared, tell us at [email protected] within 14 days after the document was prepared and we will return its price to your balance. We may check the listing before we do.
We do not give a refund or credit because:
- you do not like the style, tone or quality of a result;
- a match estimate was lower or higher than you expected; or
- you did not get an interview, a reply or a job.
13.9 If your account closes with a balance
If you close your account, we refund your unused paid balance to your original payment method before the account is deleted. We deduct no fee. This applies also after the 180 days in 13.6.
If we close your account, or if we end WiHire, we do the same. If we close your account because you broke these terms, we may hold back an amount needed to cover a card dispute, fraud, or money you owe us.
If we cannot return the money to your original payment method, we will contact you at your account email to arrange another way.
13.10 Price changes
We may change prices. A new price applies only to paid actions you confirm after the change. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase.
13.11 Card disputes
If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first at [email protected]. We will correct errors we confirm. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we may pause paid features while it is resolved. If the issuer returns the money to you, we remove the same amount from your balance. If you have already used it, you owe us that amount.
14. Third-party services and links
14.1 Service providers
We rely on other companies to run WiHire. They include Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Anthropic (AI model), ElevenLabs (voice), Adobe (turning documents into PDF files) and Resend (email). The Privacy Policy keeps the full current list.
14.2 Their terms
When you pay by card, Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. You enter your card details in a form provided by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
14.3 Links
WiHire links to sites we do not control, including every site where you apply. We are not responsible for those sites. Section 6 says more about leaving WiHire to apply.
15. Intellectual property
15.1 What we own
WiHire, its software, design, text and the way it works belong to PIXONIQ LLC or its licensors. Parts of the system are the subject of pending United States patent applications. WiHire and Zeyla are trademarks of PIXONIQ LLC.
15.2 What you may do
We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use WiHire for your own job search, under these terms.
15.3 Other owners
Job listings, employer names and source logos belong to their owners.
15.4 Copyright complaints
If you believe something on WiHire infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] or to the mailing address in section 23, with enough detail for us to find it.
16. Warranty disclaimer
This section limits what we promise. Please read it.
WIHIRE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". EXCEPT FOR WHAT THESE TERMS EXPRESSLY PROMISE, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, PIXONIQ LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- ANY JOB LISTING IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, OPEN OR REAL;
- ANY MATCH ESTIMATE, DRAFT DOCUMENT, INTERVIEW SCORE OR OTHER AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE;
- WIHIRE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS; OR
- USING WIHIRE WILL LEAD TO AN INTERVIEW, AN OFFER OR A JOB.
Some laws give you rights that a contract cannot take away. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.
17. AI limitations and your responsibility
WiHire uses AI for match estimates and their explanations, tailored resumes, cover letters, thank you notes and practice interviews. By using these features you understand and agree that:
- A match estimate is an estimate of how your resume aligns with a job description. It is not your chance of being hired, an employer rating, or a check of eligibility.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and can differ from one run to the next.
- AI output is information to help you. It is not professional advice.
- You will review every draft before you use it, and correct or remove anything that is not true.
- You are responsible for every document and statement you send to an employer.
- WiHire does not submit applications and takes no part in hiring. The employer makes every hiring decision.
- A practice interview is recorded and transcribed, AI scores the transcript, and the score does not predict a real interview.
- We do not promise any interview, offer or job.
Sections 7 and 8 give the detail.
18. Limitation of liability
This section limits what you can recover from us. Please read it.
18.1 Losses we are not liable for
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, PIXONIQ LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST INCOME, LOST PROFITS, LOST JOB OPPORTUNITIES, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF WIHIRE, WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THE LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.
18.2 Cap on our total liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF WIHIRE WILL NOT BE MORE THAN THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL YOU PAID TO PIXONIQ LLC, LESS ANY REFUNDS, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) US $100.
18.3 What these limits do not cover
The limits in 18.1 and 18.2 do not apply to:
- our fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence;
- a refund we owe you under section 13; or
- any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
18.4 Why these limits exist
Our prices are low and many features are free. These limits are part of the basis on which we offer WiHire.
19. Indemnity
If someone else brings a claim against PIXONIQ LLC because of something you did, you will cover our reasonable losses and legal costs from that claim, but only where the claim arises from:
- your breach of these terms;
- your unlawful use of WiHire; or
- content you uploaded that you had no right to upload or that you knew was false.
We will tell you about the claim promptly and will not settle it in a way that costs you money without asking you first. You do not have to cover any loss to the extent that we caused it.
20. Governing law and disputes
20.1 Talk to us first
Before either of us starts a court case, the one with the complaint will send the other a written description of the problem and what would fix it. Send yours to [email protected]. We will send ours to your account email. We will each try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. Any legal deadline for bringing the claim is paused during those 30 days. This step does not stop either of us from asking a court for an urgent order to prevent harm.
20.2 Governing law
Michigan law and United States federal law govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. If the consumer protection law of the state where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived, you keep them.
20.3 Courts
Unless 20.4 applies, a dispute about these terms or WiHire must be brought in the state courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, or in the federal court whose district includes Oakland County. You and we accept the authority of those courts.
20.4 Small claims option
Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, in Oakland County, Michigan, or in the county where you live, if the claim qualifies.
20.5 No arbitration
These terms do not require arbitration.
20.6 Government agencies
Nothing in these terms stops you from making a complaint to a government agency.
21. Suspension, closing your account and deletion
21.1 Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from the Billing page ("Request account deletion") or by emailing [email protected].
21.2 When we may suspend or close an account
We may suspend or close your account if:
- you seriously or repeatedly break these terms;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse of refunds or card disputes, or a security risk; or
- the law requires it.
We will tell you why by email, unless the law or a security reason prevents it. Where the problem can be fixed, we will give you a chance to fix it first.
21.3 If we change or end WiHire or a paid feature
We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering WiHire or a paid feature, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email where we reasonably can. We may also close an account for any other reason on 30 days' notice by email. In each case section 13.9 applies to your balance.
21.4 Your balance
Section 13.9 says what happens to a balance when an account closes.
21.5 Your data
When your account closes, we delete or keep your information as the Privacy Policy describes. We act on a deletion request within 45 days. Download any documents you want to keep first. Deleted content cannot be recovered.

22. General terms
22.1 Whole agreement
These terms, with the price shown before each paid action as described in 2.2, are the whole agreement between you and PIXONIQ LLC about WiHire. They replace earlier versions, subject to 2.3 and 13.7.
22.2 If part of these terms cannot be enforced
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
22.3 No waiver
If we do not enforce a term, we may still enforce it later.
22.4 Transfer
You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone. We may transfer these terms as part of a merger or a sale of the business, if the new owner agrees to honor them. Your information would move to the new owner under the same commitments. We will tell you if that happens.
22.5 Events outside our control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as an outage at a service provider or an internet failure. Refunds owed under section 13 are not affected.
22.6 No employment or agency relationship
These terms do not make you our employee, agent or partner, or make us yours.
22.7 No rights for others
These terms give rights only to you and PIXONIQ LLC.
22.8 Notices
You agree that we may send you notices and records electronically, to your account email or when you sign in. Keep your email address current. Send legal notices to us at the addresses in section 23.
