💳 Refund Policy
Unused deposits are refundable within 6 months of the deposit date.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and processed by Stripe —
allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable.
Once a balance has been used for match runs, resume tailoring, or cover letters,
that portion cannot be refunded.
